For Origami Dripper
Does / 粉量 : 11~12g
Water / お湯 : 210g
Temp / 温度 : 92°
Grind Size / 挽き目 : 粗挽きコショウ程度
Brewing Time / 抽出時間：2:30〜4:00

※4投に分けてお湯を注ぐ。

1投目：30g のお湯。40秒の蒸らし

2投目：合計90gまで湯を注ぐ。

3投目：お湯が下がりコーヒーの表面が見えたタイミングで合計150gまでお湯を注ぐ。

4投目：お湯が下がりコーヒーの表面が見えてきたら再度合計210gになるまで注ぐ。

落ちきったら抽出終了。
