この国ではコーヒーが外貨を得るために必要な輸出産業としてあります。
世界の最貧困国としても知られますが、熱帯気候にありながら山岳地帯であることから、標高によって熱帯雨林気候から山岳気候まで多様な表情を見せるそうです。
そんなブルンジの北東部ムインガ地区の平均標高1500-1700mの地域に今回ANYがお届けするKaramboウォッシングステーションがあります。

プロレスにこのまま例えるなら、プロレスはリングの上（たまに場外）でシナリオを進めるのに対して、コーヒー生産はシナリオがあってもリングにあたる農園は自然そのもの。人間が手懐けられるものではありません。
それでもtib coffeeは約2000名のファーマーと50ヘクタールも拡がる農園と共に高品質のコーヒーを私たちに届けてくれています。そしてその先に地域コミュニティにより善い影響を与えることを考えているのです。
コーヒーの栽培以外にも生物多様性（biodiversity）とコーヒー以外の収入として、バナナやキャッサバ、豆類（豆科植物は土壌に窒素を供給するそうです）なども育て、人も自然も長く継続していける環境を目指したアプローチもしている。温暖化の影響や貧困国だからといってゴングはまだ鳴ったばかり！ということでしょう。

The Republic of Burundi is a small African country located just below Rwanda and to the left of Tanzania.
In this country, coffee is a necessary export industry to earn foreign currency.
It is also known as one of the poorest countries in the world, but because it has a tropical climate and is mountainous, it is said to show a variety of faces from a rainforest climate to a mountain climate, depending on altitude.
The Karambo Washing Station, which ANY brings to you this time, is located at an average altitude of 1500-1700 m in the Muyinga district in the north-east of Burundi.
The importer is First Crop, which supports the development, growth, and continuity of the region through continuous buying and sustainable relationships.
The local producer is tib coffee (This is Burundi), which strives to improve the quality of local coffee production and create sustainable livelihoods and jobs in the region.
With around 2,000 farmers and 50 hectares of plantations, tib coffee brings us high quality coffee. Beyond that, they want to have a positive impact on the local community.
In addition to coffee cultivation, they also grow bananas, cassava and legumes (legumes are said to provide nitrogen to the soil) as a source of biodiversity and non-coffee income, an approach that aims for a long-lasting environment for both people and nature.

Water / お湯 : 210g
Temp / 温度 : 92°
Grind Size / 挽き目 : 粗挽きコショウ程度
※4投に分けてお湯を注ぐ。
1投目：30g のお湯。40秒の蒸らし
2投目：合計90gまで湯を注ぐ。
3投目：お湯が下がり、コーヒーの表面が見えてきたら合計150gまで湯を注ぐ。
4投目：再度お湯が下がり、コーヒーの表面が見えてきたら合計210gになるまで注ぐ。
落ちきったら抽出終了。
