※4投に分けてお湯を注ぐ。
1投目：30g のお湯。40秒の蒸らし
2投目：合計90gまで湯を注ぐ。
3投目：お湯が下がり、コーヒーの表面が見えてきたら合計150gまで湯を注ぐ。
4投目：再度お湯が下がり、コーヒーの表面が見えてきたら合計210gになるまで注ぐ。
落ちきったら抽出終了。
